As Arles in southern France was a special place for Vincent van Gogh, Osaka is an irreplaceable land for my artistic expression.
Here, there is a rich light and a landscape unique to this place, and I continue to paint the people close to me and fragments of everyday life.
For me, the beauty of art resides in those fleeting moments when light illuminates our lives.It is an art about time and freedom, solitude, and love and sorrow.

Events unfolding far away continue their relentless pulse, while life here remains quiet, almost unchanged—yet between the two lies a depth so faint the eye can scarcely register it. Across that distance, shapes and gestures lose their meaning, revealing how delicate—how easily shattered—our belief in “understanding” truly is.

遠くで続く出来事と、ここにある静かな日常とのあいだには、目ではつかめない深い隔たりがある。距離によって意味を失った形や動きは、私たちの「理解している」という感覚の脆さをむしろ照らし出す。

Layering—at once a covering and a form of regeneration.

The form of the old work is enveloped within the new,
not erased,
but extending its life in another shape.

Once a sanctuary where languages breathed side by side,

and cultures met in silent dialogue, giving birth to visions beyond time.

Today, its echoes still invite us to pause, to ponder, and to see with awakened eyes.

かつて、異なる言葉が静かに寄り添い、文化が沈黙の対話の中で出会い、

時を超える幻影を生み出した聖域。その余韻は今もなお、私たちを立ち止まらせ、
